Indian Institute of Management (IIMs) has released the date for Common Admission Test (CAT 2021). According to the released schedule, this year this exam will be conducted on November 28. At the same time, the registration process for the exam will start from August 4. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website iimcat.ac.in till 15 September.

Admit card will be issued on October 27

According to the released notification, the exam will be conducted in 3 sessions. Admit cards for this will be issued on October 27, which will be available till November 28. This year the exam will be organized by IM Ahmedabad. SC, ST and PWD category candidates will have to pay a registration fee of Rs 1100. While the fee for all other categories of candidates has been fixed at Rs 2200.

Who can apply?

Candidates applying for the exam should have a graduation degree from any recognized university with at least 50% marks. Apart from this, the final year students of graduation who are waiting for their result can apply for this exam. CAT 2021 will be conducted in exam centers set up in 158 cities across the country. Candidates will be given an option to select any six exam cities in the order of their preference.

Scorecard will be valid till December 31, 2022

After the declaration of the result of the examination, the candidates will be able to access the scorecard through the website of CAT. Apart from this, they will also be informed through SMS. CAT result can be declared by the second week of January, 2022. Candidates should note that CAT 2021 scores will be valid only till December 31, 2022.
