If a high building is to be built in Bihar, then this work will have to be done

If you want to build a high-rise building in any city including Patna, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Muzaffarpur of Bihar, then you have to follow some rules. If you do not follow the rules, then you can be fined 50 thousand.

According to the news, fire safety certificate or No Objection Certificate (NOC) has been made mandatory for buildings with 500 square meter ground floor in any city of Bihar. You cannot build a high-rise building without taking NOC.

Explain that it will be necessary to take certificate or NOC for the buildings of all educational and other institutions higher than nine meters. If you violate this rule, action will be taken against you. Along with this a fine will also be imposed.

According to the information received, people who build high-rise buildings in the cities of Bihar will have to apply to the office of the State Fire Officer along with the map of the building. Along with this, the fee per square meter according to the floor area i.e. floor area will also have to be paid in the form of bank draft. After this you will get a No Objection Certificate (NOC).
