Meanwhile, a big news is coming that if a candidate spreads enmity or hatred between different classes on the basis of religion, race, caste, community or language, then he can be imprisoned for three to five years. The commission has already given instructions in this regard.

Let us tell you that about 10 lakh candidates are likely to enter the fray for more than two lakh 55 thousand posts in the Panchayat elections. In such a situation, the Election Commission has already informed the people about the election related offenses.

According to the information received, if a candidate uses mosques, churches, temples or other places of worship as a campaign platform for election campaign, then it has been kept in the category of non-bailable offence. Such people can also be punished.
