According to the news, the projects of Leading Homes which RERA has decided to cancel. All these projects were going on in Danapur, Bihta and Sonpur areas. RERA officials said that despite being told several times, they have not submitted the required documents. Due to which the project has been cancelled.
Not only this, along with the cancellation of the project, RERA has also ordered to return the money of the customers along with interest within two months. Let us tell you that RERA has decided to cancel a total of 18 projects including 8 projects of Agrini Homes.
