The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) released the class 12th result on Friday. With the release of the 12th result, now everyone is waiting for the 10th result. In this connection, CBSE's exam controller Sanyam Bhardwaj has given necessary information regarding the release of 10th result.

Talking to the news agency about this, Bhardwaj said that along with releasing the 12th result, we have started preparing for the 10th result from today. We will try that the 10th results can be released by next week. Due to Corona, CBSE had canceled the 10th examinations to be held this year on April 14. Since then the students are waiting for the result.

Result will be ready like this

According to CBSE, the year with the best result of the school in the last 3 years will be considered as the base year (reference year) for the results. The same will be the way to determine the subject wise marks. The result of 2020-21 will be equal to the average marks of all the students appeared in the 10th board examination in the base year. However the subject wise marks of the students can be 2 marks more or less than the average marks.

100 marks will be added by this formula

  • 20 Marks – Internal Assessment
  • 10 Marks – Unit Test / Periodic Test
  • 30 Marks – Midterm / Half Yearly Test
  • 40 Marks – Pre-Board Examination

board launched roll number finder

Before releasing the result, the board has launched the roll number finder for the students. This link has been activated on the official website of the board, cbse.gov.in. Through the candidates can check their roll number. 10th class students will have to enter their parents' name and their date of birth to know their roll number.

  • First of all go to the link of Roll Number Finder 2021.
  • Now select class 10th here.
  • Enter all the information asked in the new window that opens.
  • Your roll number will be displayed on the screen.

Board released 12th result

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Friday released the 12th board results. Students can check their results through the official website cbseresults.nic.in. A total of 99.37 percent students passed the exam this year. This was the highest passing percentage till date.
