The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will release the 12th class result today at 2 pm. Students can check their results through the official website of CBSE, cbse.nic.in. But, many times the website crashes due to heavy traffic as soon as the result is released. In such a situation, apart from the website, students can also check their results through these methods. Let's know how to check CBSE 12th results-

Results will be released at 2 pm, marks will be decided on the basis of the formula of 30:30:40

  • Web portal

Students can check their results on these websites if the loading speed of the website is slow or the site crashes.

  • UMANG App

Students can also check their results on UMANG mobile platform or UMANG app. The app is available for Android, iOS and Windows-based smartphones.

Students will also be able to check board results through SMS. For this, type cbse12 on your mobile and send it to 7738299899.

  • Telephone and IVRS

Students can also access their results through telephone call or Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS). For this, students have to call on the given number of the board. Delhi students can call on 24300699 to check the result. Whereas, students from other parts of the country will be able to check their results through 011 – 24300699.

  • Digilocker

This time also the board will share the marksheet on DigiLocker along with releasing the result online. To access documents through DigiLocker, instead of the roll number, the Aadhaar card number and the mobile number associated with it will have to be used. Apart from this, the board had also introduced the facial recognition system last year. In such a situation, even if the student does not have an Aadhar card, he will be able to use DigiLocker. DigiLocker mobile app can be downloaded from Google Play or Apple Store.

What is Digilocker?

DigiLocker is a secure cloud platform designed to store, share and verify documents and certificates. To create an account in it, follow these steps –

  • First of all click on digitallocker.gov.in.
  • Now enter your name and date of birth as per Aadhar card.
  • After that enter your gender and mobile number.
  • Now set a 6 digit security pin.
  • Enter your Email ID and Aadhaar Number.
  • Create a username by uploading the information.

After creating a Digilocker account, click on Browse Documents and enter your board roll number to view your board exam documents.
