Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) has invited applications from eligible candidates for the recruitment of 1000 Apprentice Posts. The application process for these posts has started from July 21. A total of 1110 posts will be recruited through this recruitment drive in Gurugram, Faridabad, Jammu, Lucknow, Patna, Kolkata, Shillong, Bhubaneshwar, Nagpur, Vadodara, Hyderabad and Bangalore. The application process will continue till August 20.

Candidates applying for these posts should have Degree or Diploma in Engineering. Apart from this, candidates should also have ITI certificate in the relevant trade.

- Starting date of application – 21 July
- Last date of application – 20 August
Candidates applying for these posts will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in the respective trade. There will be no written examination for this.
stipend
Selected candidates will be given a stipend ranging from Rs 11000 to Rs 15000 per month.
