Government will give 10 lakh rupees for Makhana cultivation in Bihar

According to the news, the government will give a grant amount of 35 percent of the cost or up to a maximum of ten lakhs to the farmers for the cultivation of Makhana. This grant will be given under the Prime Minister's Micro Food Upgradation Scheme. For this, farmers can apply online.

Let us tell you that the main objective of the government is that farmers of Bihar can set up industries related to Makhana by taking grants. This will increase the income of the farmers. Along with this, employment opportunities will also increase in the state and farmers will also be able to provide employment to the people.

Not only this, apart from this, those farmers who are already running any industry related to Makhana, then they will also be given benefits under this scheme, so that the farmer can expand Makhana industry.
