The Gandak river is also up 142 cm in Gopalganj and 54 cm in Muzaffarpur. Floods may also occur in these districts. While the Kosi river in Katihar is 70 cm above the red mark. At the same time, Kosi river is flowing two and a half meters above the red mark in Khagaria.
