Today is the last day for the first phase of registration for graduation (UG) courses in all government and aided colleges of Madhya Pradesh. So far, 2.21 lakh seats out of 10.30 lakh seats have been filled. Till today the registrants have three days to get the documents verified. The students who have registered will be able to get the documents verified online till August 14. Two lakh UG seats have been increased this year. Admissions are taking place in 1 thousand 301 colleges across the state.

After that the second phase will start

This year about two lakh seats have been increased in UG course. There are total 10 lakh 30 thousand 633 seats this year. So far, about three and a half students have got the registration done. Out of these, about two and a half students have also given options in the college, while 2 lakh 21 thousand 446 have taken admission. The allotment of seats in the first phase will be done on August 20. After taking admission, students will have to deposit the fees online between August 20 and August 25.

PG seat allotment on August 14

In the first phase, 79 thousand 237 students have registered in PG. There are total 2 lakh 32 thousand 279 seats this year. More than 50 thousand seats have been increased this year. Out of 1 lakh 5 thousand 728 students who have registered, only 1 lakh 524 students have given options in the college. Out of these, only about 80 thousand have taken admission. The seat allotment letters will be given on August 14. After this, students will be able to take admission by paying online fees till August 19.
