High Court of Bombay Eligibility Criteria
The educational qualification and age limit required for Bombay High Court recruitment are detailed below
Qualification:- (i) Candidates Must have a Master’s Degree in Social Work and possess adequate knowledge of Marathi.
(ii) Must have at least 2 years experience in Family Counseling after Post Graduate Degree in Social Work.
(iii) Must have a computer certificate of proficiency in handling word processors on Windows and Linux in addition to MS.
Age Limit:- Not exceeding 40 years as of the date of advertisement (age 45 years in case of candidates from communities recognized as backward by the Government for the purpose of recruitment).

BHC Selection Process 2024
Bombay High Court Recruitment 2024 details of the selection process for the above posts are given below:
A candidate who may be called for an interview must submit attested copies of the following certificates and their originals to the Registrar (Inspection-I), High Court, Appellate Division, Bombay at the time of the interview:
(i) Certificate or proof of date of birth (Leaving/Birth Certificate/SSC Board Certificate).
(ii) Certificate of having passed the qualifying examination/degree.
(iii) Statement of marks obtained at the qualifying examination/degree.
(iv) Character certificate attesting that he/she is of good moral character from two respectable persons, whose names are mentioned in the application form.
(v) A caste certificate from such authority as may be prescribed by the Government, wherever applicable.
(vi) Disability certificate issued by the Civil Surgeon/Medical Superintendent of the concerned District Government Hospital, if applicable.
(vii) Declaration of Small Family as appended to the format of the application form, Form ‘A’.

Eligible and interested candidates should submit the application through speed-post (duly typed) along with duly attested copies of certificates in the prescribed format attached hereto to Registrar General, High Court, Bombay-400 03 on or before 01.08.2024.
