Qualification
Qualifications for the Post(s): Ph.D. with a very good academic record with a first-class or equivalent previous degree in the appropriate discipline.
Qualifications for the post(s) in Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law: Ph.D. LLB (Bachelor of Laws) followed by LLM (Bachelor of Laws) with first class or equivalent with very good academic record. In case of procedural law, facing cases in Civil/Criminal Courts of India for a minimum period of 5 years.
Qualifications for the post(s) in Centre of Excellence in Public Policy, Law & Governance: Ph.D. with first class in MA/MSc/LLM (Master of Laws) after BA/BSc/LLB Ph.D. BA/BSc/LLB (Bachelor of Laws) followed by MA/MSc/LLM (Master of Laws) with first class with a very good academic record.
