PGB Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The Eligibility Criteria required for Punjab Grameen Bank recruitment are detailed below.
Eligibility
(i) tired honorably from PGB/PNB after superannuation / completing his or her full tenure in the services of the Bank, in MMG Scale II to IV.
(ii) 20 years or more experience in a Bank with satisfactory record.
(iii) 10 years or more branch experience as an officer.
(iv) Either worked for a minimum of 2 years as In-Charge and/or managed the credit portfolio of a branch as an officer for a period of 2 years and/or managed credit as an officer at RO/HO level for a period of 2 years.
(v) No Major Penalty or any Minor Penalty paid by the Bank during the entire period of service during the last five years of service (subject to verification from available HRMS records and self-certification by the retired officer concerned).
(vi) An enlisted retired officer may be employed as a concurrent auditor in the branch till the age of 65 years.
