Selection Process
The selection process involves inviting the top 20 candidates based on their graduation/diploma percentages for a written test and interview. Candidates with the same percentage will all be invited. The written test will cover government office noting and drafting, and there will be an additional skill test for the Consultant (Coordination, Monitoring & Evaluation) position. Preference is given to those with government office experience, and no TA/DA will be provided for the interview/test.
