The eligibility criteria required for Lok Sabha Secretariat recruitment are detailed below.
For Transfer on Deputation:
(1) Officers of All India Services/Central Services Pay Matrix (Provisional) [Rs.37400-67000(PB¬4) and Grade Pay Rs.10000 (Pre-revised)] or Officers of these Services appointed as Joint Secretaries by respective Cadre Control Authorities has been approved.
OR
Officers of All India Services/Central Services holding the post of Director or equivalent at Level 13 in the Pay Matrix (Provisional) [Rs.37400-67000(PB-4) and Grade Pay Rs.8700 (Pre-revised)] with minimum five in grade years of service.
(2) Officers of State Legislative Secretariat holding posts comparable to Joint Secretary to Government of India, i.e. Pay Matrix (Provisional) [Rs.37400-67000(PB-4) and Rs.10000 in Grade Pay 14 (Pre-revised)} or officers of this Secretariat who are in their Approved for recruitment in the scale specified by the respective Cadre Controlling Authority.
OR
Officers of the State Assembly Secretariat hold posts comparable to that of a Director in the Government of India, i.e. at Level 13 in the Pay Matrix (Provisional) [Rs.37400-67000(PB-4) and Grade Pay Rs.8700 (Pre-revised)} with a minimum of five years of service.
