Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit:

  • Minimum Age: 40 years
  • Maximum Age:
    • 40 years for internal candidates (with at least 2 years of service)
    • 43 years for external candidates (with at least 3 years of service)

Employment Status:
Candidates should currently be employed in one of the following:

  • Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSE)
  • Central Government Group ‘A’ officers (including armed forces)
  • State Public Sector Enterprises (SPSE) or private companies with an annual turnover of Rs. 1,000 crore or more

Educational Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree (preferably in Metallurgical Engineering) from a recognized institution
  • An MBA or PGDM qualification is preferred but not mandatory

Experience:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in production, marketing, or related fields in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Salary Range:

  • Rs. 160,000 – Rs. 290,000 (IDA scale)

  3. Final selection based on interview performance and fulfillment of job requirements.
