These positions are available for an ICSSR-funded project titled “An Explorative Comparative Analysis of Gender-Sensitive Adaptation Strategies to Climate Change and its Impact on Employment Generation and Sustainable Livelihoods in Two Regions of North India: Western Uttar Pradesh and Western Bihar.”

Project Details:

  • Project Title: An Explorative Comparative Analysis of Gender-Sensitive Adaptation Strategies to Climate Change and its Impact on Employment Generation and Sustainable Livelihoods in Two Regions of North India: Western Uttar Pradesh and Western Bihar.
  • Project Duration: 8-12 months

Eligibility Criteria

Research Associate:

  • Postgraduate in Social Science with a minimum of 55% marks.
  • Must have cleared NET, M.Phil., or Ph.D..
  • Proficiency in English and strong academic writing skills.
  • Knowledge of GIS mapping will be an added advantage.

Research Assistant:

  • Postgraduate in Social Science with a minimum of 55% marks.
  • Preference for candidates with M.Phil. or Ph.D..
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and proficiency in GIS mapping.

Field Investigator:

  • Postgraduate in Social Science with at least 55% marks.
