Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
- Candidates should hold a 4-year B.E./B.Tech. degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, or Telecommunication Engineering from an AICTE-approved institution or a recognized university.
- Applicants must have a pass class in their qualifying degree.
Age Limit:
- The maximum age limit is 32 years as of 01.10.2024.
- Age relaxation:
- OBC candidates receive a 3-year relaxation.
- Candidates from the Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) category get a 10-year relaxation (in addition to any category-based relaxation).
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification industrial experience in programming with C & C++ languages is required.
Remuneration and Benefits:
- Initial engagement period: 3 years (extendable to 4 years based on project requirements and performance).
- Consolidated salary structure:
- 1st year: ₹40,000 per month
- 2nd year: ₹45,000 per month
- 3rd year: ₹50,000 per month
- 4th year: ₹55,000 per month
- Additional allowances: ₹12,000 per annum for medical insurance, attire, stitching, and footwear.
- Retention bonus: ₹25,000 per completed year, payable at the end of the 4-year tenure, totaling ₹1,00,000.
Selection Process for BEL Project Engineer-I Recruitment 2024:
- Written Test: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. The shortlisting ratio for the interview will be 1:5, based on written test performance in their respective categories.
