Education Qualification:- Chief Security Officer
- Candidate should be a retired police officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police
or - A serving officer of the State Police Service of equivalent rank on deputation
or - Officers of the Military, Central Armed Forces, and Central Armed Police Forces, who are retired Equivalent to the post of Captain and Assistant Commandant, etc Deputy Superintendent of Police in State Police Service.
Age Limit:- The Persons appointed to this post may hold the post till the age of 63 years or subject to continued eligibility as per deputation rules as applicable.
Pay Scale:- (PB-4) of Rs.30,000 to 1,10,000/- with Grade Pay Rs. 12,700/- plus other allowances as admissible under rules
