The educational qualifications, experience, age limit, and pay scale required for Nainital Bank recruitment are detailed below.
(1) Chartered Accountant in Officers Grade/Scale-II
- Qualification: The candidate should be an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA)/ Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
- Experience: Minimum 02 years experience.
- Age: 25-40 years
- Pay Scale: Rs. 64820-93960/-
(2) Chief Compliance Officer
- Qualification: Candidate must be a Graduate or an equivalent degree from a reputed Govt. Recognized University.
A candidate should have a minimum of 50% marks in graduation or post-graduation examination. - Experience: Minimum 03 years experience.
- Age: Maximum 60 years
(3) Chief Risk Officer (CRO)
- Qualification: The candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant.
A candidate should have a minimum of 50% marks in graduation or post-graduation examination. - Experience: 15 years experience.
- Age: Maximum 60 years
(4) Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

(i) Chartered Accountant:-
Rs. 1,500.00 (Taka one thousand five hundred only) inclusive of GST payable at Nainital should be sent by Demand Draft in favor of ‘Nainital Bank Limited’ and attached with the application.
