The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has announced the results for the Senior Physical Education Teacher (Secondary Education) Competitive Examination-2022. The examination was conducted for a total of 461 positions, but only 296 candidates have been included in the main list.
Examination Details
The exam was conducted on April 30, 2023. A total of 34,781 candidates registered for the examination. The first paper was held from 10 AM to 12 PM, with 20,185 candidates appearing. The second paper took place from 2 PM to 4 PM, with 20,003 candidates participating.
Counseling and Result Announcement
Counseling sessions were conducted from February 12 to February 15. Candidates who were absent during the initial counseling were given a final opportunity to attend on February 23. The RPSC has now released the results, with the main list including 7 candidates from the TSP (Tribal Sub-Plan) area and 289 candidates from the non-TSP area, totaling 296 candidates. Additionally, 96 candidates have been placed on the reserved list.
Vacant Positions
Despite the examination being conducted for 461 positions, only 296 candidates have been included in the main list. Even if all 96 candidates from the reserved list are included, a significant number of positions will remain vacant. A large number of candidates were absent during the document verification process, even though the commission provided an additional opportunity for those who missed the initial counseling.
Assistant Engineer-Civil Exam Results
The RPSC has also released the scores for the Assistant Engineer-Civil (Autonomous Governance Department) Competitive Examination-2022 on its website. The results were initially announced on April 3, with 41 candidates declared successful in the main list and 21 candidates placed in the reserved list.
