Bihar farmers buy cow, government will give half money

Good news is coming from the capital Patna for the farmers of Bihar. According to the latest report, farmers of Bihar can buy cows to do milk business. For this, money will be given by the government to the farmers as a grant.

According to the news, farmers can apply through online to take two and four milch animals under the Samagra Gavya Vikas Yojana. 75 percent grant will be given to SC, ST and Extremely Backward Classes (OBC) and 50 percent grant to backward and general category.

How Much Paisa Will Get: The cost unit for 2 milch animals is 1.60 lakhs. In this, OBC, SC, ST will get 1.20 lakh rupees while the general category will get 80 thousand grant. At the same time, the cost unit of 4 milch animals is Rs 3,38,400. In this, OBC, SC, ST will get a grant of Rs 2,53,800 while the general category will get Rs 1,69,200.

How to apply: Farmers living in any districts including Patna, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Samastipur, Darbhanga, Purnia of Bihar can apply online at dairy.ahdbihar.in till 20 September to take advantage of Pashupalak Kisan Yojana.
