Pitru will be happy by following these rules in Pitru Paksha.
1. At the time of Shradh in Pitru Paksha, feed Brahmins also and donate as much as possible. With this, the ancestors will also be happy and you will get auspicious results.
2 . It is believed that the Pitru Paksha comes as a guest. Therefore, do not misbehave with anyone during Pitru Paksha.
3. Some part of the food should be given to dog, cat, crow and cow during Pitru Paksha because feeding these creatures gives peace to the Pitru.
4. Offer kheer or sweets to Brahmins during Pitru Paksha. Parents will also be pleased with this.
5. Light a lamp outside the house in the evening during Pitrupaksha.
6. It is believed that the deities reside in the Peepal tree and the ancestors are pleased by lighting the lamp. So do it during Pitru Paksha.
