CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 Board Exam 2022 will be conducted in two phases. The first phase is scheduled for November-December 2021, and the board is expected to release the Term 1 exam date sheet this month on the official websites cbse.gov.in and cbse.nic.in. Term 2 exam will be conducted between March and April 2022. The board has said that the Term 1 exam will be conducted in a flexible schedule of 4-8 weeks.

The list of candidates for the board exam has been submitted

CBSE schools have already submitted the list of candidates (LOC) for the board exams. The question papers in CBSE Term 1 Board Exam will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), consisting of case-based MCQs and assertion-reasoning MCQs. The duration of the exam will be of 90 minutes.

50 percent syllabus will be included in each term

Each term will comprise 50% of the Rationalized Syllabus. Students can download the Revised Syllabus from the Board's website. CBSE Class 10th and 12th Revised Syllabus contains the list of chapters which are required to study for the board exams.

CBSE Board Exam 2021 was canceled due to Kovid

CBSE had to cancel the 2021 board exams due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To avoid such a situation, the board decided to split the exam into two terms so that at the end of the academic year at least one board-conducted exam can be used to prepare the result.

Students preparing for board exams can also download sample question papers from the official website to get an idea about the new exam pattern. This will give them an idea of what type of questions will be asked in the two terms.
