According to the news, to make a driving license in Bihar, you can apply by visiting the official website of the Transport Department. Under the new system, a fee of Rs 740 will have to be deposited for the learning license as soon as the slot is booked.
After this you have to go to your district transport office only to participate in the online examination. You have to answer 10 questions related to traffic rules in a 10-minute test. In this you have to correct at least 6 questions.
