Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has extended the date of application for Fireman Recruitment and Assistant Fire Officer till 16 October. After which now candidates will be able to apply again for 629 posts from October 7 to October 16. Along with this, the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has also released the Fireman and Assistant Fire Officer Recruitment Exam Syllabus.
It is mandatory to get 33% marks
In the recruitment of Fireman and Assistant Fire Officer (AFO), only those candidates will be considered qualified for physical and practical in the written examination, who will score a minimum of 33% marks. At the same time, it will be mandatory for the candidates of Scheduled Caste (SC) and Tribe (ST) to get 28 percent marks. The category wise cutoff list will be released for Physical and Practical. Candidates securing the prescribed marks will not be allowed to appear in the physical and practical test. Whereas after the written test 10 candidates will be called for physical test against 1 post. Also, there will be no negative marking in the exam.
Let us inform that Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has issued notification for the recruitment of total 629 posts of Fireman and AFO. In this, firemen will be taken for 600 posts, while AFO will be recruited on 29 posts. The application process for these posts was started from August 18, which ended on September 16. But now again the date of application has been increased by 10 days.
Number of Vacancy – 600 Posts & Assistant Fire Officer & 29 Posts Assistant Fire Officer Application Date – Application date has been extended. Now you can apply from 7th October to 16th October. When Written Exam – Proposed in December.
This way the exam will be
Written – will be of 70 marks. Physical Test – This test will be of 60 marks. Practical Exam – This exam will be of 90 marks. Total Marks – In this way the maximum marks of all the three types of examination in this recruitment will be 220. Merit will be made on the basis of marks of all three.
