No vehicle will run on the road without registration and insurance in Bihar

Big news is coming from Patna, the capital of Bihar. According to the latest report, the Patna High Court has ordered the Transport Department that no vehicle should ply on the road without registration and insurance in Bihar. The department should take immediate action against such vehicles.

The High Court has said that under section 192 of the Motor Vehicles Act, action should be taken on government or non-government vehicles without registration and insurance. Stop such vehicles from plying on the road. Along with this, fines should be imposed on such vehicle owners.

Not only this, the Patna High Court has also commented on the non-registration of about 925 garbage-carrying vehicles of the Municipal Corporation running on the road. At the same time it is said that all are equal in the eyes of law. So action should be taken against them too.

The court said that the employees and officers who ordered these vehicles to ply on the road should be identified and action should be taken. The DTO told the court under the Motor Vehicles Act that no vehicle can ply on the road without registration and insurance.
