Employed teachers teaching in government schools of Bihar are waiting for a long time to get the increased salary. But the Nitish government is not yet giving them the benefit of the increased salary. Due to which the employed teachers are very angry.
According to the news, the Nitish government had assured to increase the salary of teachers by 15 percent from April 1 in 2020 itself. But till now the salary of the employed teachers has not been increased and the employed teachers are getting the same salary as before.
Let us tell you that the Nitish cabinet had said in its approval last year that with effect from April 1, 2021, the teachers employed will be given a salary increase of 15 percent. But the month of October has come and till now no news has come in this regard.
According to the information received, the Education Department had sent a proposal to the Finance Department in March 2021 itself to increase the salary by 15 percent. But the teachers are not getting the benefit of the increased salary due to lack of green signal from the Finance Department. But very soon the teacher can start getting its benefits by adding arrears.
