Uranium found in water of Supaul, Patna, Siwan, Gopalganj, Saran, Nalanda

News Desk : Big news is coming for the people living in Bihar. According to the latest report, amount of uranium has been found in the water of many districts of Bihar. Which are dangerous for the people of the state. Because it can have many serious consequences.

According to the news, the quantity of uranium in the water of Supaul, Patna, Siwan, Gopalganj, Saran (Chhapra), Nawada and Nalanda districts of Bihar was found to be much higher than the norm. Whereas uranium has been found in water samples taken from Gaya, Jehanabad and Aurangabad also.

Let us tell you that this information came out in the research done jointly by Mahavir Cancer Institute, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, University of Manchester, United Kingdom (UK), British Geological Society and National Institute of Hydrology for one and a half years. Huh.

Giving information, Dr. Nikhil Chaudhary, Senior Urologist, Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, said that uranium affects the kidney the most. The finding of uranium in water is a matter of great concern. However, scientists are finding out where the uranium in the water here came from.
