The Medical Counseling Committee has released the NEET PG counseling schedule. Candidates can check the counseling dates by visiting the official website mcc.nic.in. As per the released schedule, the registration for the first round will start from October 25, 2021 in the online mode. The result for the first round of NEET PG 2021 counseling will be announced on November 03.
New seats may be added in the second round of counseling
MCC will conduct NEET-PG 2021 counseling for admission to 50 percent All India Quota seats, Central/Deemed University seats in all states except Jammu and Kashmir. The accreditation of new colleges will be applicable from November 15, so new seats can be added in the second round of counselling.
Counseling process will be completed in these 5 steps
- counseling registration
- payment of registration fee
- Choice filling and locking
- Declaration of seat allotment result
- Reporting to the allotted college
These seats will be recruited
The candidates who have qualified the NEET PG 2021 exam conducted by the National Board of Examinations can participate in the counseling process. Through this, the seats of Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), PG Diploma and DNB CET will be filled. NEET PG seat allotment 2021 will be based on the preferences of colleges as well as available seats, merit rank, reservation and other factors.
