Students to Check School Category

Timetable Prepared Considering Subject Combinations
The CBSE has prepared the timetable keeping in mind all possible subject combinations to prevent clashes between exams for students taking multiple subjects. The board has studied over 40,000 subject combinations to ensure smooth scheduling.
Winter-Bound School Datesheet Released Early
The CBSE has released the practical exam datesheet for winter-bound schools ahead of the regular datesheet. Practical exams in these schools will commence on January 1, 2027, with assessments starting from November 9.
The board has also issued necessary guidelines for schools regarding the organization of these exams.
CBSE to Provide App Link
To monitor the evaluation process, the board has instructed schools to upload photos during practical exams. An app link will be provided by CBSE for this purpose, requiring schools to upload group photos of each practical exam batch.
Additionally, schools will need to coordinate with their respective regional offices for the appointment of external examiners and supervisors as necessary.
Students Should Take Note
Before the practical exams begin, students are advised to obtain the subject-wise practical exam timetable from their schools. They should plan their preparation for practical exams and project work while keeping in mind the batch and exam timings set by the school.
