Ajmer, June 25: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has announced an increase in the number of vacancies for the Senior Teacher recruitment for the year 2025, raising the total from 6,500 to 10,537 posts. This decision comes as part of a new notification released by the commission.
The examination for the Senior Teacher positions is scheduled to take place from July 12 to July 18, with over 1.2 million candidates having applied for the roles. The highest number of vacancies is in the Science subject, with 2,260 positions available.
The exam will be conducted in four groups based on different subjects. Group A will feature Social Science, with candidates taking the General Knowledge exam on July 12 from 10 AM to 12 PM, followed by the Social Science exam from 3 PM to 5:30 PM.
Group B will focus on Hindi, with the General Knowledge exam on July 13 from 10 AM to 12 PM, and the Hindi exam from 3 PM to 5:30 PM. Group C will include Science and Sanskrit, with the General Knowledge exam on July 14 from 10 AM to 12 PM, followed by the Science exam in the afternoon. The Sanskrit exam will take place on July 15 from 10 AM to 12:30 PM.
Group D will cover Mathematics, English, Urdu, Punjabi, Sindhi, and Gujarati. The General Knowledge exam for these subjects is scheduled for July 16 from 10 AM to 12 PM, followed by the Mathematics exam from 3 PM to 5:30 PM. The English and Urdu exams will be held on July 17, and the Punjabi, Sindhi, and Gujarati exams will conclude the schedule on July 18.
