Ajmer, March 23: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) is set to commence the ninth phase of the RAS-2024 interviews starting April 1, which will continue until April 17. Currently, the eighth phase of interviews is ongoing, having begun on December 1.
This recruitment drive is for a total of 1,096 positions, with 2,461 candidates selected to participate in the interviews. All candidates are required to bring two copies of their online filled application form, along with all original documents and photocopies. Additionally, a recent passport-sized colored photograph and an original photo ID proof are mandatory for entry.
The recruitment advertisement was released on September 2, 2024, and by October 18, 2024, a total of 675,000 candidates had applied. The preliminary examination took place on February 2, 2025, with 375,657 candidates participating.
Results were announced on February 20, leading to the selection of 21,539 candidates for the main examination, which was conducted on June 17 and 18, 2025. The main exam results were declared on October 8, 2025, with 2,461 candidates qualifying for the interview stage.
Initially, recruitment was announced for 733 positions, which was later increased to 1,096 on February 17, 2025, comprising 428 state service and 668 subordinate service positions. The first phase of interviews began on December 1.
