Ajmer, May 14: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has announced an increase in the number of Assistant Professor positions for the 2025 recruitment cycle, raising the total from 574 to 922 posts. This decision comes after the examination held from December 7 to December 20, 2025, which saw approximately 92,600 candidates registered.
The optional subject papers for this recruitment were conducted exclusively in Jaipur, while the general knowledge paper was held across seven divisional headquarters: Ajmer, Bharatpur, Bikaner, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, and Udaipur.
In total, 298 examination centers were established across Rajasthan for the recruitment process. The general knowledge paper saw significant participation, with 42,348 candidates registered in Jaipur alone.
The results of the examination are yet to be announced, and candidates are advised to stay updated for further information regarding their performance and the recruitment process.
