Ajmer, July 2: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has announced that the last date to apply for the Rajasthan State and Subordinate Services (RAS) Combined Competitive Examination-2026 is tomorrow, July 3. A total of 607 positions are available, with the examination scheduled for November 29, 2026.
The recruitment includes 192 posts for state services and 415 posts for subordinate services. Candidates must be between 21 and 40 years old as of January 1, 2027. Selection will be based on a preliminary exam, a main exam, and an interview. The preliminary exam will consist of objective questions, while the main exam will feature descriptive questions. Offline applications will not be accepted, and the application process has been ongoing since June 4.

Examination Fees
The examination fee is ₹600 for general (unreserved) and other backward class candidates from the creamy layer of Rajasthan. For non-creamy layer candidates, economically weaker sections, and persons with disabilities, the fee is ₹400.
Additional Recruitment Updates
The recruitment process for 371 posts of Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP) is ongoing, with the last date for online applications set for July 7. The preliminary examination is proposed to be held on September 2. Candidates must be aged between 21 and 40 years as of January 1, 2027.
Furthermore, the application process for 3 posts of Senior Scientific Officer at the State Forensic Science Laboratory is also underway, with the last date for applications on July 10. Candidates may need to apply separately for different divisions if eligible. The examination for these posts will take place between October 13 and October 17, 2026, through a computer-based recruitment test.
