Ajmer, October 5: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) will commence interviews for the Sub Inspector-Platoon Commander Recruitment 2025 starting Monday. The first phase of the recruitment process will take place from October 5 to October 16, 2023, with a total of 1,076 positions to be filled.
A total of 4,019 candidates have been temporarily declared successful for the interviews, which include 62 candidates from the TSP area and 3,957 from the non-TSP area. Previously, the interviews for the cancelled SI Recruitment 2021 lasted nearly four months.
The recruitment advertisement for SI Recruitment 2025 was released on July 17, 2025, for 1,015 positions, with applications accepted from August 10 to September 9, 2025. A total of 770,049 candidates applied for the recruitment.
The written examination was conducted on April 5 and 6, 2026, in two shifts across 1,174 examination centres in 41 cities of 26 districts in the state, with approximately 60% of candidates attending. The number of positions increased to 1,076 after 61 additional posts for non-scheduled areas were added.
The results of the SI Recruitment 2025 were announced 75 days after the written exam, a significant improvement compared to the 103 days taken for the SI Recruitment 2021 results.
