UP Board Results for Class 10 and 12 to be Announced Tomorrow

Prayagraj, April 22: The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education is set to announce the results for the Class 10 and Class 12 examinations tomorrow, April 23, at 4 PM. Over 50 lakh students appeared for these exams. According to Bhagwati Singh, the Secretary of the UP Board, students can check their results on the official website.

Along with the results, a list of the top-performing students will also be released. Those who secure top positions across the state will be honored by the state government.

This year, a total of 52,30,297 students registered for the board exams, with 27,50,945 students for Class 10 and 24,79,352 for Class 12. The examinations were conducted across 8,033 centers in all 75 districts, starting from February 18 and concluding on March 12.

The evaluation process took place at 254 centers, with 1,52,780 teachers involved in checking approximately 2 crore 80 lakh answer sheets.

Students who fail in one or two subjects will have the opportunity to apply for compartment exams. Additionally, students dissatisfied with their scores can apply for scrutiny, allowing for a re-evaluation of their answer sheets.

For the first time, the mark sheets will be available on DigiLocker after the results are announced, followed by the distribution of hard copies through schools.

Last year, the top scorer in Class 10 was Yash from Jalaun, who achieved 97.83%. In Class 12, Mahak Jaiswal from Prayagraj topped with 97.20%.
