Government Job Openings: NTPC, AIIMS, and Bank of Baroda Recruitment

Mumbai, April 22: Several government job opportunities have been announced, including 250 vacancies at NTPC, 119 positions at AIIMS Rishikesh, and 30 openings for clerks at Bank of Baroda.

The National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) is inviting applications for 250 posts starting April 23. Candidates can apply through the official website s.ntpc.co.in. The educational qualification required is a BE/B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 40% marks from a recognized institution. The age limit for applicants is a maximum of 35 years, with age calculated as of May 7. Reserved category candidates will receive age relaxation as per government rules.

The selection process includes shortlisting, a written exam or computer-based test, personal interview, medical test, and document verification. The monthly salary for these positions is ₹55,000, along with other allowances. AIIMS Rishikesh has also announced 119 faculty positions, with an age limit of up to 58 years. Candidates can apply online at aiimsrishikesh.edu.in. The vacancies include 29 Professors, 10 Additional Professors, 28 Associate Professors, and 52 Assistant Professors. Educational qualifications vary by position, generally requiring an MD/MS or DM/M.Ch in the relevant field, along with significant experience. The salary ranges from ₹1,01,500 to ₹2,20,400 per month, depending on the position.

Lastly, Bank of Baroda is recruiting 30 clerks under the sports quota for various sports, including cricket, kabaddi, and football. Candidates must have a graduation degree and must have represented their state or country in national or international competitions. The selection will be based on sports performance.
