Lucknow, August 11: The Uttar Pradesh government is set to enhance guidance for intermediate students by introducing a new initiative. Under this program, IAS, IPS, and IFS officers will visit schools monthly to interact directly with students.
These officers will provide insights on competitive exams, further studies, and paths, aiming to guide the Gen-Z youth in the right direction.
Helping Students Overcome Confusion
The initiative seeks to ensure that students receive proper guidance at the right age. Often, a lack of accurate information leads students to miss significant opportunities. This program allows students to ask questions and clear their doubts by engaging with experienced officers.
Interactive Q&A Sessions
According to directives from the education department, these visits will focus on interactive Q&A sessions rather than lengthy speeches. This format will enable students to express their concerns and inquiries freely.
Students will have the opportunity to ask officers how they prepared for exams, overcame the fear of failure, dealt with setbacks, and managed their time effectively.
