Mumbai, May 31: Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL) has released a notification for the recruitment of 1607 apprentices. The application process will commence on June 11, 2026. Additionally, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced 100 job openings for engineers, with applications starting on June 4.
NCL’s recruitment does not require any examination or interview; selection will be based on merit. Interested candidates can apply through the official NCL website, nclcil.in.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a graduate, diploma, or ITI certificate.
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 26 years
- SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
- OBC: 3 years relaxation
- PWD: 10 years relaxation

Stipend:
- Graduate Apprentice: ₹12,300 per month
- Diploma Apprentice: ₹10,900 per month
- ITI Apprentice: ₹10,560 per month

For BSNL, candidates can apply through the official website bsnl.co.in. The application window for corrections will be open from July 4 to July 11.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should have a degree in engineering in telecommunications, electronics, radio, computer, electrical, information technology, or instrumentation from a recognized institution. Those with an M.Sc. in Electronics or Computer Science, or an M.Tech degree in relevant fields can also apply.
Age Limit:
- Minimum: 20 years
- Maximum: 30 years
- Relaxation for reserved category candidates as per rules.
Application Fees:
- UR/OBC/EWS: ₹2,000
- SC/ST/PWD: ₹1,000
Salary:
- ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month, along with other allowances.
