Ajmer, June 6: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has urged candidates to submit their grievances through the newly updated Grievance Portal on its official website, rather than via email. This change aims to expedite the resolution process by ensuring complaints reach the appropriate officials directly.
RPSC Secretary Ramniwas Mehta emphasized that using the Grievance Portal is the most effective method for candidates to address their issues. Currently, many candidates are sending complaints to the commission’s feedback email ([email protected]) and various departmental email addresses, leading to delays in processing due to the time taken to categorize the complaints.
The Grievance Portal offers a structured approach, allowing for quicker handling of issues related to One Time Registration (OTR), recruitment exams, application processes, and technical problems. Candidates can submit their grievances in two ways: based on OTR for technical issues or by application number for exam-related concerns.
The complaint submission process is straightforward:
1. Visit the RPSC official website and click on the Grievance Portal link.
2. Select the appropriate option (OTR or Application ID) and validate your mobile number to receive an OTP.
3. Choose the grievance category and sub-category after logging in.
4. Clearly describe your issue in at least 30 characters, upload any relevant documents in PDF format, and submit your grievance.
Candidates can check the status of their complaints anytime by clicking on the ‘View Existing Grievance Status’ button on the portal’s homepage. It’s important to note that this portal is not for RTI applications, which must follow the designated legal procedures.
For sensitive information regarding exam integrity, candidates can confidentially inform the commission via postal mail, ensuring their identity remains protected.
