Ajmer, July 6: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has announced the recruitment process for 371 Assistant Public Prosecutor (APP) positions under the Home Department. The last date to apply online for these posts is tomorrow, July 7.
Additionally, the commission is also conducting recruitment for three Senior Scientific Officer positions, with the application deadline set for July 10.
The preliminary examination for the APP recruitment is scheduled to take place on September 2. Candidates must be between 21 and 40 years of age as of January 1, 2027. However, since no advertisement was issued for these positions, candidates will receive an additional one-year age relaxation for the maximum age limit.
Selection will be made through a competitive examination, which will consist of two stages: the preliminary and the main examination.
Examination Fees:
The examination fee for general (unreserved) and candidates from the creamy layer of the Other Backward Classes (OBC) in Rajasthan is ₹600. For candidates from the non-creamy layer of OBC, Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), and persons with disabilities, the fee is ₹400.
Senior Scientific Officer Recruitment – Last Date July 10:
The online application process for three Senior Scientific Officer positions at the State Forensic Science Laboratory is also underway. Eligible candidates can apply until midnight on July 10.
Candidates interested in multiple divisions (posts) must fill out separate application forms for each position. The examination for these posts is scheduled to be conducted between October 13 and October 17, 2026.
The commission has stated that the examination will be held through a Computer-Based Recruitment Test (CBRT), with the schedule to be announced in due course.
