RPSC RAS Results Announced: Ajmers Hariyansh Secures 17th Rank

Ajmer, April 19: The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has officially released the results for the RAS Examination 2024, revealing a list of top performers. Among them, Hariyansh Rajpurohit from Ujoli village near Kishangarh has achieved an impressive 17th rank. Currently, he is employed in the cooperative services sector.

Celebrations erupted at Hariyansh’s home as he comes from a modest background, with his father, Rambharos Singh Rajpurohit, being a well-known marble businessman.

In another notable achievement, Shivcharan Jat from Bhinay Tehsil secured the 557th rank. He has been a government teacher in Pratapapura village for the past four years and is the son of a farmer. Shivcharan previously qualified for 11 government services and recently participated in a cancelled SI recruitment exam, where he ranked 476.

Bhupendra Singh Rathore, hailing from Syar village in Sarwad Tehsil, achieved the 342nd rank despite facing numerous challenges, including legal issues during his preparation. His family is involved in organic farming, with his mother as a housewife and his brother working in a bank.

Navneet Sharma, who is currently undergoing training as a Tehsildar in Ajmer, secured the 3rd rank. He hails from Gulabpura in Bhilwara, with his father serving as a Grade III teacher. Navneet scored a total of 342.50 marks, including 282.50 in the mains and 60 in the interview.

Abhinav Saini from Churu achieved the 89th rank and is also in Tehsildar training in Ajmer. He shared that he left a lucrative job with a multinational company to fulfill his parents’ dream of seeing him as an RAS officer. This was his second attempt, and he utilized AI tools to prepare for the interview.

The results indicate that the state will soon welcome 1,096 new administrative officers, comprising 428 from the state service and 668 from the subordinate service. The entire process, from vacancy announcement to final results, took just over a year and a half.

The interviews concluded on April 17, and while results were anticipated shortly thereafter, they were delayed. The announcement of new vacancies for RAS-2026 is also awaited.
